In essence, this research has examined and ascertained the degree of imbalance in global information between the north and the south and the effects of the world information flow on third world countries. This study also examined the meaning of culture and its role in international communication.
    Finally, the research date presented its discussions and the in-depth analysis of the findings and issues have helped on no small way, in understanding and appreciating the global information flow controversy and the effects it has on third world culture.
