ABSTRACT
This study examines the transformative role of information technology in addressing challenges associated with youth service information management in Nigeria. Despite its potential, many sectors, including youth service administration, continue to face inefficiencies, such as inadequate supervision, time wastage in information retrieval, and difficulty in tracking deployment details. These issues highlight the need for a computerized data mining system designed to streamline processes and ensure efficient management of youth service records.

The project's objectives include fostering discipline, self-reliance, and national unity among Nigerian youths while enhancing administrative efficiency. By leveraging modern technology, the proposed system aims to eliminate reliance on cumbersome manual processes, facilitate equitable distribution of service corps members, and promote interethnic understanding and integration.

The significance of this study lies in its potential to modernize record-keeping practices, ensure accessibility to deployment information, and contribute to national development. Although limited by time constraints and restricted data access, the project assumes the correctness of the available information to develop a functional solution. The study also defines critical terms related to the project, providing clarity and a foundation for implementing the proposed system.
