ABSTRACT
As the number of documents in computerized information monitoring system grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to store, manage the large amount of documents and finding requested relevant documents by users. Computerized information monitoring system management System (CIRS) is used for this purpose. CIRS is a general tool for building and managing Monitoring system of all kinds of documents to meet user needs. It implements system management and query processing in parallel. The functions of CIRS include data collection, format standardization, information extraction, automatic classification, data loading, data maintenance, query processing, external data entering, personalized recommendation etc. This study introduces the design and implementation of CIRS.
