ABSTRACT

Benue Links is a limited liability company established by the Benue State Government with the assistance of the Federal Government through the Federal Urban Mass Transit Agency (FUMTA). like any other mass transmit agency (established by the Federal Urban Mass Transit Agency), Benue Links was designed not only to alleviate the transport problems of the masses and create employment opportunity in the state, but also to cope adequately with the repayment of the soft loans for its establishment if the management of the transport outfit is inefficient and ineffective.
